Partnership Policy
1. Building long-term partnerships
PublishMyLink welcomes long-term relationships with publishers, SEO agencies, digital PR teams, content providers and other businesses that value reliable delivery and transparent collaboration. Our goal is to build a useful marketplace where partners can manage opportunities in one place, access relevant inventory and develop repeat business rather than relying on scattered spreadsheets, unclear pricing or one-off email negotiations. Partnership discussions are welcome whether you manage a small group of quality websites or a larger publisher portfolio. Partnership enquiries: Partnership@publishmylink.com. General enquiries: info@publishmylink.com.
2. Use the platform as the shared source of truth
To keep information accurate and workflows consistent, partners must upload and maintain their relevant data on PublishMyLink. Depending on the partnership, this may include website URLs, categories and niches, country or audience focus, editorial guidelines, placement types, current prices, available inventory, content requirements, expected turnaround times, permitted link types, prohibited topics and contact or operational details. Publishers should keep listings accurate and promptly update prices, site status, availability, policies and other material changes. Agencies and buyers should enter clear briefs, destination URLs, anchor text, deadlines and approval requirements in the order system.
3. Mutual access and useful collaboration
Subject to platform features, access permissions and confidentiality restrictions, PublishMyLink may provide partners with access to relevant marketplace information and tools, while partners make their own eligible inventory and operational details available through their account. The intention is to create a two-way working relationship: partners contribute reliable data and delivery, and PublishMyLink helps them reach relevant counterparties and coordinate transactions. Access is not automatically unlimited or exclusive. Each party should use only the information it is authorised to view and must not copy, scrape, resell or disclose confidential data beyond the agreed purpose.
4. Quality and transparency
We value genuine websites, clear editorial standards, realistic metrics, accurate pricing and timely communication. Partners must not misrepresent traffic, domain authority, audience location, ownership, placement availability or historical performance. Listings should identify material conditions, such as content restrictions, maximum links, link attributes, editorial review, disclosure requirements and whether a placement can be maintained long term. Any sponsored-content or advertising disclosure required by law, publisher policy or platform rules must be honoured. A partner must not promise guaranteed rankings, indexing or business results unless a specific guarantee is lawful and expressly agreed in writing.
5. Order delivery and service standards
Partners should respond to briefs within a reasonable time, flag unclear requirements early, and use the platform to document approvals, requests for revision, publication and live URLs. Publishers should publish only after the required content and order details have been approved. Buyers should review the delivered link promptly and either approve it or raise a specific issue with evidence. These practices reduce disputes and help partners build a reliable record of performance. The applicable Buyer Payment & Refund Policy and Publisher Payout Policy govern payment timing, approval and refunds.
6. Confidentiality and data handling
Partners may receive briefs, unpublished content, client domains, pricing, account details and other business information that is not intended for public distribution. Use such information only to assess, fulfil or administer the relevant partnership or order. Do not sell or misuse personal data, share client information with unauthorised parties, or use another partner’s confidential information to bypass the marketplace. Each party remains responsible for the lawful collection and use of information it submits. PublishMyLink’s Privacy Policy explains how the platform handles personal data; this partnership policy does not replace it.
7. Non-exclusivity, independence and commercial terms
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, partnerships are non-exclusive. Each party remains an independent business and is responsible for its own employees, taxes, licences, expenses and legal compliance. Listing a website or discussing a partnership does not guarantee order volume, revenue, preferred ranking, minimum purchases or exclusive access. Any negotiated commission, bulk rate, service-level commitment, integration, data-sharing arrangement or exclusivity must be recorded in a separate written agreement approved by authorised representatives.
8. Suspension and termination
A partner may stop accepting new orders or request account closure, subject to open orders, outstanding refunds, payout obligations, record-retention requirements and applicable law. PublishMyLink may suspend a listing or partnership where information is materially inaccurate, delivery repeatedly fails, suspected fraud or abuse arises, confidentiality is breached, or a legal or payment-provider requirement applies. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the issue and allow a reasonable opportunity to correct it. Ending a partnership does not remove accrued payment obligations or rights related to existing orders.
9. Getting started
To discuss a long-term arrangement, email Partnership@publishmylink.com with your company or publisher name, website portfolio, niches, target markets, typical monthly capacity, pricing approach and the type of collaboration you want to explore. Please upload your complete and accurate inventory to your PublishMyLink account so both teams can work from consistent information. We will discuss relevant access, onboarding, commercial terms and next steps. Support: support@publishmylink.com. General information: info@publishmylink.com. This policy is a general partnership framework, not a binding promise of orders or revenue. A signed agreement may add specific terms.
